As occasional contributor to the online weekly TLS, Kate provides new introductions to poems the Times Literary Supplement has previously published. She has free rein to explore a century of poems chosen by the Editors from 1912 to 2012, a historical archive which can be accessed online or read in hard copy (dusty tomes) in the magnificent hotel that is the Senate House Library.
“An Old Man Remembers”,1957, by the American poet Donald Hall is the most recent of Kate’s introductions and appears at http://www.the-tls.co.uk/tls/public/article1239795.ece from Tuesday 2 April 2013.
